How it is built
Methodology
- The Hua Hin Property Price Index is compiled by Lord's Property Consultants from Land Office transfer values lodged at the Prachuap Khiri Khan Land Office and a systematic sample of active listing prices tracked on the last day of each quarter across 13 sub-areas. The transaction file used for this release runs to June 2026.
- The primary reported series is the median achieved price per square metre of built area for residential property, split by sub-area. Min and max are the low and high of the published area band. Land plots are excluded because land in Hua Hin is reported per rai and is not comparable to built price.
- Trend labels on the table are directional only. The downloadable CSV on this page is a summary of 13 rows (area, min, median, max, and trend). It is not the full set of underlying sales. That summary file may be cited with attribution under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
