    Rebuilt the XML sitemaps for Search Console

    Collected every indexable page, journal post, and live listing into three sitemap files under one index: pages, posts, and properties. Journal posts are listed in sitemap-posts.xml, without images. The property file includes the featured image. Retired the older sitemap split, including sitemap-articles.xml.

    Published the Hua Hin Property Price Index, through June 2026

    Released the index through June 2026 with median price per square metre by sub-area, trend direction, a methodology section, and a downloadable CSV of the summary rows under a Creative Commons Attribution licence.

    Reorganised XML sitemaps into a typed index

    Split the sitemap into eleven typed segments including a listings sitemap, an image sitemap for listing photography, and dedicated segments for areas, developments, guides, market, glossary, team, and calculators.

    Refreshed the named agent roster to six members

    Rostered the six named team members from the published About page, added headshots and Person schema for each, and remapped guide and development authorship to named authors for E-E-A-T attribution.

    Launched the three property calculators

    Published the freehold versus leasehold cost calculator, the pool villa total cost of ownership calculator, and the Thailand transfer fee and tax calculator. Free, interactive, no email gate.

    Full inventory resync from lordspropconsult.com

    Resynced the live listing inventory with upsert on the WordPress id to remove duplicates, preserve favourites, and refresh published dates and gallery references.

    Added llms.txt and robots.txt crawl controls

    Published an llms.txt listing the primary sections and their purpose, and a robots.txt allowing primary paths while disallowing search, filter, and sort query variants.

    Published fourteen first-hand buyer guides

    Released the legal, tax, and buyer guides covering freehold versus leasehold, transfer taxes, company ownership, due diligence, chanote titles, the transfer process, retirement visas, rental yields, running costs, scams, currency transfer, inheritance, and building a house.

    Launched the content hub architecture

    Published the area, development, comparison, glossary, and type hubs with quick-answer blocks, data tables, and validated JSON-LD schema per template.
