Verified client reviews, acquired properly
We publish reviews we earn, not ratings we invent. This page records how we ask for reviews, where they appear, and the standard we hold ourselves to. Verified client reviews are published here and on Google as they are received.
Our review standard
- ●Every review is written by a client who completed a transaction with us. We do not publish anonymous reviews, paid reviews, or reviews from people who did not transact.
- ●Reviews are published on Google and at least one independent platform, in the reviewer's own words. We never edit a review other than to remove personal data.
- ●We do not publish an aggregate star rating on this site unless it matches a verified, audited count on those platforms. We will not fabricate a 5.0 from nowhere.
- ●A client may leave a review at any point after a transaction, without prompting on a rating. We ask for honest reviews, not positive ones.

If you have completed a purchase, sale, or rental with us, we would value your honest review on Google or by direct message. Reviews help the next buyer choose an advisor who inspects property in person and discloses weakness honestly.
