I work with buyers and sellers across our portfolio of Hua Hin villas and condominiums, from the first enquiry through to viewings and the offer stage. My focus is making sure that the international buyer who is not yet on the ground in Hua Hin gets a clear, honest picture of the property, the area, and the structure before they travel, and that the seller gets a listing presented to a consistent standard. I host live and in-person viewings for our clients and keep the buyer informed at every step of the journey, from the initial digital tour to the handover of keys.
