Listing Manager

Kotchaphan Wongsuwan (Ploy)

I manage the listing pipeline that keeps our inventory current and accurate. Every property published on this site passes through my desk: the photography, the floor plan, the title documentation, and the listing copy are checked to our standard before a property goes live. I work closely with our vendors and with the data sync from our source inventory so that what you see on the site reflects what is actually on the market, and nothing is published without the documentation a buyer will need to start due diligence.
