Lord's Property Consultants named Best Agent in Luxury Property, Hua Hin

Winner card, The Best Agent in Luxury Property Hua Hin, Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards 2026

On 8 October 2026 Lord's Property Consultants received The Best Agent in Luxury Property Hua Hin at the Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards 2026. Dot Property Group presented the award at Park Hyatt Bangkok, in The Ballroom on floor B1. This was the second edition of the awards. More than 300 guests attended, and more than 30 agencies were named. The Thai Real Estate Brokers Association took part in selecting the winners.

The title is for an agency working at the upper end of the Hua Hin market: golf course estates, private pool villas, and beachfront homes. It is not a general prize for every agency in town, and it is not the national luxury prize of the year before.

A category that did not exist in 2025

The Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards held their first edition on 16 October 2025, also at Park Hyatt Bangkok, with more than 300 guests. Dot Property Group organised that night with the Thai Real Estate Brokers Association as official awards consultant. Adam Sutcliffe, director of Dot Property Group, said then that the group meant the recognition to grow each year. The 2026 ceremony is that second edition.

In 2025 the luxury title was national. CBRE Thailand won Best Agent in Luxury Property, and the same firm won Best Agent in Luxury Property, Sole Agent. Hua Hin had its own regional title, Best Agent in Hua Hin, and that went to A-Team Property Group. The other regional winners that night were Skyluke Property 88 in Phuket, Remax Capital Property in Pattaya, Kumuang Properties in Chiang Mai, and Islands of Siam Property Group in Samui.

Those are neighbouring titles, not a shortlist for 2026. Best Agent in Luxury Property, Hua Hin did not exist in 2025. A reader comparing years should not treat A-Team's regional win, or CBRE's national luxury win, as the same award under another name.

Dot Property's recap of the 2026 night, published on 9 October 2026 in Thai and in English, names Lord's Property Consultants as The Best Agent in Luxury Property Hua Hin. Luxury that night was split by market: Bangkok to Prima Realty (International) Co., Ltd., Phuket and Phuket Sole Agent to SEA Property Group, Pattaya to Casa Pattaya Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Chiang Mai to Properties Chiangmai Co., Ltd. Real Estate Agency of the Year 2026 went to ThaiPropertyInvestor Co., Ltd. Personality of the Year 2026 went to Mr. Norbert Witthinrich, Founder and CEO of SEA Property Group. Best Agent in Hua Hin, the regional title, went to A-Team Property Group.

What the older Dot Property nights were judging

Before 2025, Dot Property's Thailand awards were a developer programme with a smaller agency track. In 2024 the Agency Excellence honours went to Kalinka Thailand, Throne Property, and The Luxe Group, scored on enquiry volume, response time, and closing rate inside the Dot Property network. In 2023 the recognised agencies were Skyluke Property 88 and The Best Property Agent. Hua Hin names on those nights were developers: PNP Real Estate for boutique and luxury villa work in 2023, and Botanica Hua Hin by PK Home 465 for pool villa development in 2024.

That history matters because a search for "Hua Hin property award" mixes three different things: a developer prize, a regional agency prize, and, from 2026, a luxury agency prize for this coast. This page is the third of those.

What the Hua Hin luxury brief covers

Buyers who ask for luxury in Hua Hin are usually asking for one of three assets. A home on a golf estate, most often Black Mountain, Palm Hills, Pineapple Valley, or Springfield. A private pool villa on its own title in Khao Takiab, Khao Tao, Hin Lek Fai, or the hills behind town. Or a beachfront residence where the land holding, the setback, and the salt on the fittings matter as much as the view.

The agency work is local and slow. A named person walks the house before it is listed. The buyer who is still in Europe or Bangkok gets a straight account of the road, the common fee, and the title before they fly. The office that does this for Lord's Property Consultants is at 13 Selakam Road, opposite the Hilton Hua Hin. The practice is led by Thanakrit Ongjiranon (Tom), Chief Executive, and Mark Puttkammer, Managing Director. The team works in Thai, English, and German, across Hua Hin, Cha-Am, and Pranburi.

Why the split is the useful part of the 2026 night

A national luxury prize and a town-wide Hua Hin prize answer different questions. CBRE's 2025 luxury title speaks to a countrywide advisory business. A-Team's 2025 Hua Hin title speaks to the local market as a whole, sales and rentals together. A buyer choosing a private pool villa, or a house on a golf estate, is asking a narrower question: who is recognised for that end of this coast.

The 2026 category is that narrower question. Lord's Property Consultants is the recipient.

What the award does not say

An agency award names a category and a recipient. It does not publish a sales total, a league table of every Hua Hin agency, or a warranty on a particular house. The 2025 night made that plain by its shape. Alongside the luxury and regional titles, Dot Property honoured specialist work in property management, commercial property, rentals, content, and several other briefs, and then gave Real Estate Agency of the Year to Connex Property. One category is one category.

The same caution applies to the older developer nights. A pool-villa development prize for Botanica Hua Hin, or a luxury villa prize for a PNP project, says something about that project. It does not say who should represent a buyer on the resale of a fairway house five years later.

If you are using this award to choose who to call, the useful tests are ordinary ones. Ask who will walk the house with you, and whether that person has already walked it. Ask what transfers with a golf membership and what does not. Ask how the land is held before you talk about furniture. Those answers live on the golf estate pages, the luxury pages, and in a conversation at the office, not in the trophy citation.

Where to start

The standing record, with the earlier winners set out in one table, is the awards page. The office is at 13 Selakam Road, opposite the Hilton Hua Hin, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Sundays are closed. Contact the desk and ask for Thanakrit Ongjiranon or Mark Puttkammer by name.
